We have applied for two funding sources, both to Sport England’s Swimming Pool Support Fund:
Revenue: We applied to Phase 1 for revenue support for Southwell and requested a grant of £42,578 towards utility costs. We received 100% of the requested value. This was specifically for the period April 2021 through to March 2024.
Capital: We applied to Phase 2, which was capital support, for works to improve the energy efficiency of the centre but were not successful due to the scheme being heavily oversubscribed. The request was for £250,000.
