Request

This is an information request regarding Sickness Absence in councils.

Please include the following information for 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24:
1. Total number of days lost due to sick leave within the council
2. Total number of days lost to Mental Health issues within the council
3. Total number of council staff who required sickness absence on mental health grounds
By Mental Health issues, we mean any staff member who required sickness absence due to anxiety, stress, depression, or any other mental health-related reason.
