Parking Penalty Charge Notices

Request

I would like to ask how many traffic-related (both parking and moving traffic) Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) have been overturned/refunded by your body each year for the last five. For 2024, I would appreciate data to the end of the year, as this is being sent on December 30.

If this information is not available for moving traffic offences for the last five years, please provide the numbers for as long as the data is available.

Response

The Council does not serve PCN’s for moving traffic, therefore there is no data to report.

Please see below the number of PCN’s which have been overturned/refunded for the last 5 years due to an appeal being received and being accepted.
