Adaptations

Request

Could you please provide the number of adaptations completed by the Council each year for
disabled and older people across all housing tenures? This should include properties owned
by the Council, so it may require input from multiple departments depending on how the
services are managed.
Specifically, I’m interested in:
1) • Adaptations completed using Disabled Facilities Grants (or similar funding)
2) • Similar adaptations managed by the Council on behalf of individuals who self-fund
the work.

• 2024-2025
3) For the following years, how many of the above adaptations involved the removal of a
bathtub and the installation of a level access shower?
• 2022-2023
