Smart-Survey costs £1500 per year - current contract ends in June 2026.
Granicus costs just over £10,000 per year - current contract ends in June 2028.
We do have forms as part of our website and main Council CRM system but these are not specific reporting tools and the form function is just a side product for the primary purpose of these systems.  We also use Spectrix as our theatre ticketing system.  Built within that system is Dot Digital which we use to contact customers at the Palace Theatre, but again this is not a stand-alone system and it is not its primary function.
