I would also like to make, a freedom of information request; For the rules and regulations on Newark and Sherwood Borough Council, make decisions on the exemptions and reductions on council tax, for its' residents please.

All exemptions and reductions are applied in line with legislation contained within the Local Government Finance Act 1992.
