Request

I am sending this request under the Freedom of Information Act.

1a) Please state the current number of full-time staff who have adjustments in place allowing them to work from home on a permanent basis.
1b) Please state the current number of full-time staff who have adjustments in place requiring attendance in person once a month or less.
1c) Please provide a subset of the numbers in a and b, where these staff are based in your London offices.

2) Please state the current total number of staff who have not attended the office for the following periods:
2a) 6 months or more
2b) 12 months or more
2c) 24 months or more

3) Please state the number of formal disciplinary actions issued to staff members found not to have met required attendance levels (or where this is the primary reason) in the following financial years.
3a) 23/23
3b) 24/25
3c) 25/26

4) Please state the number of staff who have been dismissed for not meeting required attendance levels (or where this is the primary reason) in the following financial years.
4a) 23/24
4b) 24/25
4c) 25/26
