Information is linked to your personal identification number (pin). If any addresses are not linked to your pin then you will need to contact the office.

Why isn’t my latest payment showing on my account?
There is an inbuilt delay between payments being made and showing on your account. This can take a few days. If you have concerns please contact the office.

If I apply for a reduction will my account be updated straight away?
No any changes reported will be processed as soon as possible. Work is prioritised on a date received basis.
I want to apply for a reduction that isn’t listed in OpenAccess, how do I do this?

Will I still get a paper copy of my bill?
No registering for open access means that your bill will be available to view on open access. You will receive an email notifying you that a bill is available for viewing.
Can I print a copy of my bill?
Yes on your own printer.
Can I save a copy of my bill to my computer?
Yes depending on the facilities available on your computer.
